Oil, gas, transportation (railroads, pipelines, etc.), and other industries have applications that are served by Intersect’s integrated cabinets. From pole-mounted 60A applications to 400A "mains", Intersect offers Service Entrance rated panels for new construction, upgrades, or replacements. Oftentimes in industry, wall space is a critical restraint. The compact-sized Service Entrance solutions from Intersect address that requirement and more. Remote applications benefit from integrated components eliminating the possibility of mismatched parts or parts with disparate delivery dates. Having "main" disconnect breakers, optional surge protection, transfer switches, and panel boards for branch breakers in one panel eliminates buying four parts, reduces field installation costs by offering factory wiring, and reduces space. Since 2001, Intersect’s design focus on integrated indoor and outdoor cabinets and ancillary equipment benefits purchasing, inventory, and installation expenses with time and cost reductions. We have designed for low and high volume installations ranging from ten to more than ten thousand sites. Intersect is the first contact you should make if you have a custom requirement for a Service Entrance electrical distribution panel <400Amps.
PTLC
Power Transfer Load Centers (PTLC) offer solutions for new builds—SE indoor and outdoor cabinets include main disconnect breakers, surge protection, an automatic and/or manual transfer switch, remote monitoring and alarming, and panel boards for 8, 24, 30 or 42 branch breakers. Intersect can build for one, two or three optional power sources—allowing you to choose manual, automatic or a combination of automatic and manual (perhaps switching between a permanent or mobile engine generator set) transfer switches.
PTLC
PTC
Power Transfer Centers (PTC) enable the addition of a transfer switch with optional surge protection to a line-up of electrical equipment. These designs do not include panel boards as they are meant to be installed in front of or side-by-side with pre-existing electrical distribution centers. PTC panels enable site power flexibility. Connection to the utility grid or alternative power source is expanded via a manual or automatic transfer switch and alternative CamLok engine generator connection panel.
PTC
PDC
Power Distribution Centers (PDC) offer SE ratings with main disconnect breakers and branch breaker distribution panel boards. Intersect does not compete with pricing from electrical warehouses for PDC equipment; however, Intersect does offer smaller sized panels in a variety of powder coat paint colors to minimize space requirements and maximize environmental aesthetics.

Safety Boxes
Safety Boxes offer pad-lockable, environmentally sheltered site storage for tools and manuals as a well as a portable shelf for laptops. Offer your technicians the convenience of an outdoor office in a NEMA Type 3R enclosure.

ICGC or ICL
CamLok Generator Connection Panels (ICGC or ICL) offer a universal means of connecting engine generator sets. CamLoks eliminate plugs and receptacles for mating engine generator sets to electrical panels. Color coded for safe and easy installation, CamLoks twist lock to provide optimal mechanical and electrical connections. Pad-lockable whether the male/female CamLok is or is not connected with cables to the engine generator power source, ICGC or ICL cabinets add security to alternative power connections, minimizing or eliminating intrusion by insects, rodents, unauthorized personnel, and the elements.

SPD
Site Surge Protection (SPD) with Strikesorb is the protection device recommended by Intersect. Our proprietary designs all include Strikesorb, and the modules are integrated into PTLC, PTC and PDC panels. To add surge protection to an existing site, Rayvoss panels are available. Strikesorb is owned by Raycap International, and its ability to protect against power anomalies—including spikes or surges from lightning and grid outages—is unique.
